Events that you love
While some events are seasonal, such as our Valentine's Day Party and our Halloween Bash, others come around a few times a year: Open Climb, Family Fitnastics, Skill Builders, and Friday Fun Fests as well as the annual Invitational for our upper-level gymnasts and Flip 'N' Flash for all gymnasts and their parents. There is something for everyone throughout the year.
Flip 'N' Flash

During your regular scheduled class
This is your chance to get those up-close photos of your gymnast in action! Your child's coach will invite all their students' parents to kick off their shoes and accompany them into the gym for a portion of the class to take photos. Your child will bring home a note prior to Flip 'N' Flash letting you know the date and time you should come prepared to get those terrific action pics!
Skill Builder
Open to children ages 6-11 years

$30 per participant, per visit
Is your gymnast having difficulty mastering the challenging pullover? Join us for a one-hour intensive workshop dedicated to drills, skills, and conditioning specifically aimed at conquering that pesky pullover!

Time to get the whole family involved! This is a workout-based event, designed to help strengthen all the muscles we use for gymnastics! Ages 5+ recommended.

Open Climb
Open to children ages 6 years and up

Friday Fun Fest
Open to children ages 6-11 years
Friday, March 21
6:45pm - 7:45pm
$15 per participant, per visit
This event is an opportunity for kids ages 6-11 years to join us for an hour of open gym fun! Jump on the trampolines, swing on the bars, and work on their gymnastics skills. Staff will be stationed around the gym to supervise. All participants must adhere to safety rules at all times, and work only on skills within their individual skill level.
