16-20 Participants: $574
Additional Participants over 20: $20 each, to a maximum of 40 participants
*A "participant" is ANY child who joins the party on the gym floor.

Payment of $459 is due and charged at the time of booking and covers party base rate. 
This payment is non-refundable/non-transferable.

FAQS to consider prior to booking your party:

• Alcohol: No alcohol is permitted on the premises.

• Maximum of 40 participants per party.

• We are unable to extend parties past the two-hour party time frame. We are unable to accommodate requests for back-to-back parties.​

• Party reservations are FINAL once booked.

• ​NO transfer or cancellation requests are accepted.

• ​Choose your party dates carefully.

All party booking is done through our Parent Portal.

• If you would like to host a party for more than one birthday child, simply enroll one child, and then contact our Hospitality Team to add the second child.

The Parent Portal can be accessed here, or through the EncoreGym mobile app. Party booking opens at midnight on the first of the month, two months ahead.  Parties often sell out within 15-20 minutes.

To start the booking process:

Current and returning clients login to your existing account in our Parent Portal, for new clients, create an account here.

Parties are hosted on Saturdays and Sundays at select times only, typically:

Saturdays: 1:30pm , 3pm, 4pm, 6pm
Sundays: 10am, 11:30am, 1pm, 2:30pm, 4pm
