ENCORE presents a fun and healthy way to celebrate
your child's birthday. Our creative and enthusiastic coaches will host a party your child will always remember. We do all the work. You have all the FUN!

What to expect when partying at Encore:
Party Schedule
You will have 1 hour 15 minutes of activity on the gym floor, followed by 35 minutes in the party room, and, finally, 10 minutes for photos and distribution of goodie bags.
Please arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to your party's start time to check-in at the front desk.
Our staff will carry your food, drinks, and cake to the staging area and check-in arriving guests.
Your help in directing parents to the check-in desk is greatly appreciated!
Once your party time starts, our staff will escort your children to the cubby area where they will stash their shoes and socks, receive their name tags, and proceed to the gym floor for activity time!
Activity time may include: obstacle course, inflatable slide, trampolines, foam pit, gymnastics equipment, and climbing walls.
After Gym Activity Time:
Guests will be escorted back to the cubby area to put on their shoes, wash their hands, and proceed to the party room for food and/or cake and to sing "Happy Birthday". 10 minutes before the end of your 2-hour party, guests will again wash up and then pose for a group photo. As the guests leave, the birthday child/ren can thank their guests for coming and hand out any goodie bags. Guests will depart through the side door.
As a reminder, please do not arrive more than 15 minutes early for your party.
Guest parents are welcome to wait in the lobby viewing area during the party. Viewing is best from the mezzanine level.
If a child is under 3 years of age and requires help on the floor for the activities, one parent is welcome to join their child. However, adults are not permitted on the equipment.

Parties are hosted on Saturdays and Sundays at select times only. Payment of $459 is due and charged at the time of booking and covers party base rate. This payment is non-refundable/non-transferable.

FEBRUARY 2025 PARTIES WILL OPEN FOR BOOKING ON DECEMBER 1 at 12.01am!
All party booking is done through our Parent Portal.

If you don't have a parent portal account, you can create one here.
If you would like to host a party for more than one birthday child, simply enroll one child, and then call us to add the second.
The base rate of $459 for all parties is charged at time of reservation and is non-refundable.
Be sure to choose your party dates carefully! All party reservations are FINAL once booked. NO transfer or cancellation requests are accepted.
