How we do this?

 

• Encore employs one full-time and one part-time team member dedicated to maintaining a clean facility. Cleaning not only includes taking out the garbage, "Zamboni"-ing the hallways, and vacuuming the carpeted floors; it also includes sanitizing all restrooms and other high-touch surfaces, such as door handles, windows, and plexiglass.

 

• Encore also contracts with Cintas for complete weekly sanitizing spray-downs of all restrooms. They deliver clean doormats every week as well; these can be found throughout our corridors.

 

• Among the many duties of our Floor Managers is to continually sanitize all high-touch surfaces, including mats and door handles.

 

• During winter months, we set up a cleaning station within the gym for our coaches to use for further sanitization of high-touch spots on mats between classes.

 

• Foam hand sanitizer stations are mounted throughout the gym; our coaches use these daily and encourage their students to use them as well.

In addition to this keeping things clean, we regularly purchase new mats and update our equipment for fun and safety.
