Girls Gymnastics
Girls Gymnastics at Encore is level-based. Our color levels are rainbow ordered to start, then medal ordered: first Red through Purple, then Bronze, Silver, and Gold. We start with the basics in terminology, shaping, and safe falling techniques; then we build on that foundation. We focus on fun, safety, and clean technique as our main goals.
Girls Red
Age 6-10 years
Introductory Level
50 minutes
$135 per 4-week session (one day per week)
Red level is designed for new gymnasts as an introduction to all four of the events and body positions. Red level gymnasts are learning about safety and basic skills.

Girls Orange
Age 6-10 years
Beginning Level
50 minutes
$135 per 4-week session (one day per week)
Orange level is for our gymnasts who have mastered the terminology and have become safe and confident on the apparatus.
These gymnasts are learning the foundation of all skills.

Girls Yellow
Age 6-10 years
Transitional Level
50 minutes
$135 per 4-week session (one day per week)
Yellow level gymnasts have mastered our basic gymnastic skills and are beginning to build on them. They are learning to connect basic skills and increase confidence on apparatus.

Girls Green
Age 6-10 years
Intermediate Level
50 minutes
$135 per 4-week session (one day per week)
Green level gymnasts are mastering the basics skills in gymnastics. They are fine-tuning their technique and becoming ready to begin intermediate skills.

Girls Blue/Purple
Age 6-18 years
Intermediate/Advanced Level
80 minutes
$190 per 4-week session (one day per week)
Blue level gymnasts are mastering intermediate-level skills and are beginning to learn advanced-level gymnastics. They are learning routines and are eligible to compete in our Invitational.

Girls Bronze/Silver/Gold
Age 6-18 years
Advanced Level
110 minutes
$241 per 4-week session (one day per week)
These levels are for our our most advanced gymnasts. These gymnasts are working towards mastering all of the skills on each event and are encouraged to explore their creativity through their skills and routines.
